1/4 cup butter
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 cup cream and milk, divided
3/4 cup flour
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in greased 12x9-inch dish in 425 oven. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Dip chicken in 1/2 cup cream and dredge in flour. Arrange chicken in dish. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes; turn and bake 15 more minutes. Stir together remaining 1 cup milk and cream mixture and soup; pour over chicken and bake 20 minutes more, shielding chicken with foil to prevent excessive browning, Drizzle with gravy.
