4 c. cooked rice (cold) 2 eggs (beaten) Make omelet using water and shred eggs 3 TB. salad oil 1 c. diced ham, pork, beef, shrimp or chicken 6 green onions including tops 2 TB. soy sauce 1/2 tsp. sugar Frozen peas
Heat in wok. Can add more soy sauce.
A good way to use up leftover rice. Great side dish or even main dish if you add meat.
