Blend in blender

1/2 c. salad oil
1 tsp. + sesame oil
1 tsp. soy sauce
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. white vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper


1 head Napa cabbage, chopped
6 green onions, sliced
4 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded or sliced
1 can mandarin oranges (opt.)
yellow or orange pepper diced (opt.)
1/2 c. slivered almonds (toasted under broiler)


Heat together in fry pan. Add to salad right before serving.

1/4 c. butter melted
1 pkg. chicken flavored Ramen noodles (crumbled)
1/2 c. sesame seeds

Add dressing right before serving.

My girls love this dish. We use it as a main dish. Very good combined with rolls or breadsticks.
