Beat Together:

4 eggs
2 TB. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. milk

Add:

3/ 7 oz. cans green chilies
4 c. sharp shredded cheddar
4 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Directions:

Bake @ 350 in 13 x 9 pan for about 30 minutes. Serve with guacamole or avocados, sour cream, and salsa.

Great breakfast casserole. Good for brunches, showers, seminary breakfast and just a good family favorite.
