Fresh tortellini
1 box bowtie pasta
bag of peppers (red, yellow, orange)
1 large red onion
2 c. feta cheese (usually 2 cartons)
marinated artichoke hearts (one jar)
6 Roma tomatoes
pine nuts (toasted on stove, opt.)
2 bottles Wishbone Italian Dressing (one if large size)



Directions:
Directions:
Cook tortellini and bowtie pasta according to directions. Chop up peppers, onion, tomatoes and artichoke hearts. Combine ingredients. Let dressing absorb 12 to 24 hours before serving. Can add more when serving if needed.

This was served at one of our weddings and was very popular. You can buy all these ingredients at Costco unless things have changed. Makes a great side dish.
