2 eggs
2 c. buttermilk
(can use 2 TB. vinegar in 2 c. milk)
2 c. whole wheat flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. oil (I use olive oil)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix wet and dry ingredients separately, then gradually add dry to wet. Do not overfill waffle iron. Have it hot and ready to go.

Delicious waffles from my sister, Joyce. They love them topped with peanut butter and maple syrup or yogurt and bananas.
