2/3 c. diced lean bacon
1 medium onion chopped
2 Tb. flour
6 c. beef bouillon
4 medium potatoes or more
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. light cream or milk
2 egg yolks
1 Tb. parsley
1 Tb. chervil

Directions:
Directions:
Brown bacon. Add onion. Cook 5 min. (not brown.) Blend in flour. Gradually add bouillon, stirring constantly. Add potatoes. Cover, simmer one hour. Mix sour cream and milk or cream and egg yolks in small bowl. Add a little of the hot soup mixture to it and stir together. Add to soup mixture. Add parsley and chervil before serving.
