5 Roma tomatoes
1 small purple onion
1 lime
2 avocados
Bunch fresh cilantro
Salt
1 serrano chile pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Dice tomatoes, onion, and avocado. Add juice of lime, cilantro, (cut very small), chile pepper, (cut very small and add desired amount), salt to taste.

Personal Notes:
I don't like hot so I frequently leave out the pepper. It is optional as is the cilantro. This is yummy with chips or served with chicken enchiladas.
