1 lb. rice
2-3 lbs. chicken
2-3 cans cream of chicken soup (heat with milk or water)
crushed pineapple, orange, yellow, red or green peppers, tomatoes, slivered almonds, marshmallows, green onions, mandarin oranges, coconut, celery, chow mein noodles, grated cheddar cheese, maraschino cherries if desired, use your imagination!

Cook rice according to instructions on package. Cook and shred chicken. Make a gravy out of the soup according to your desired thickness. Let everyone make their own with their desired toppings. You can come up with others, these are just suggestions. This is one of our favorite meals.
