Ingredients:  
1 c. chocolate chips
2 egg yolks
2 T. sherry

1 1/4 c. whipping cream
3/4 c. half & half

Directions:
Directions:
On the stove, cook: whipping cream and half & half
until scalding. Pour into a blender; add the chocolate chips, egg yolks and sherry. Put the cover on quickly and blend. Pour into small cups or sherbets. CHILL

Serve with a dab of whipped cream , whipped with a little sugar and vanilla

If you don't want to use sherry use 1 tsp. vanilla.
