1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 (8-oz.) carton cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
1 box instant vanilla pudding mix
1 box instant chocolate pudding mix
3 c. milk
Hershey's chocolate bar, shaved

For First Layer:
Mix flour, butter and pecans well. Put into a baking dish (13" x 9" or 8" x 8" pan for thicker pie). Bake 20 min. @ 350. Cool.

For Second Layer:
Cream together cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip. Let chill for about 20 min. When chilled, put on first layer.

For Third Layer:
Mix the two pudding mixes and milk well for one min. Spoon on top of second layer. Put remaining Cool Whip on top and sprinkle with pecans and shaved chocolate.
