1 head of lettuce
2 tomatoes, chopped, optional
1 lg. onion, optional
1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
1 sm. bag Frito's, crushed
1 can Ranch Style Beans, drained and rinsed
1 bottle Catalina French dressing
1/2 lb. ground meat
seasoning to taste

Brown hamburger meat. Drain, season to taste. Set aside to cool. Chop lettuce, onions and tomatoes. Crush Fritos. Mix all ingredients just before serving or it will be soggy.
