5 lg. potatoes
2 c. evaporated milk
1 stick butter
1/2 lb. Velveeta
1 (8-oz.) carton sour cream
1 T. salt
5 slices bacon, fried

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes; let cool, then grate. Heat butter, salt and milk, then add Velveeta. Crumble bacon and stir into mixture. Pour over potatoes in a large casserole dish; stir & bake at 350 until bubbly.
