Ingredients:
Ingredients:
5-7 lbs. of pork shoulder or butt (also called Boston butt)
3 tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon cumin
salt & fresh pepper to taste
2 bottles of your favorite barbeque sauce (I used Sweet Baby Ray's Hickory & Brown Sugar)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the dry ingredients together and rub on the pork. Refrigerate it overnight. The next day, place in baking pan, smother with 1 bottle of the barbeque sauce, and tent with foil. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 6 hours. Let meat rest (in foil tent) for about 15 minutes, then transfer to serving platter. Using two forks (one to hold the meat in place, the other to pull the pork), shred the meat. It will, literally, be falling off the bone! Warm the second bottle of barbeque sauce for extra sauce for the sandwiches.
