Fondue:
10 oz Semi-sweet chocolate.
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream.
2 Tbs Cointreau or Grand Marinier.

For Dipping:
Strawberries.
Pineapple Chunks.
Banana slices
Mandarin Orange slices.
Pound or Sponge Cake.

Directions:
Directions:
In a sauce pan, fondue pot or chafing dish over low heat, combine the chocolate, cream and liquor and stir until the chocolate melts and the mixture is smooth.
Keeping the mixture very warm, preferably in a fondue pot over a low flame, spear a piece of fruit and dunk it into the chocolate. Eat immediately!!
