1 lb. stew meat
1 box of beef broth
1 large can mixed vegetables
1/2 can of diced Rotel tomatoes
1 to 2 potatoes, cut up
Worcestershire sauce to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown stew meat in large pot. Add Worcestershire sauce and broth; simmer 10 to 15 minutes. Add Rotel tomatoes, and potatoes. Add extra vegetable broth or water if you need more juice. Continue to cook and just before potatoes are done, pour in the can of mixed vegetables. Heat thoroughly. Serve with cornbread or hot bread along with a salad.
