1/2 c. melted margarine
4 8 oz. packages cream cheese
4 3ggs
3 tbs. cornstarch
3 tbs. flour
1 1/2 tbs. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pt. sour cream

Cream 4 packages cream cheese. Slowly add
1 1/2 c. sugar by hand. Add remaining ingredients and beat 3 - 4 minutes with electric mixer.

Pour into buttered springform pan.

Place pan of water in bottom of oven. Put pie on middle rack. Bake 12 minutes at 475' Lower oven to 250' Bake 1 hour longer. Turn off oven and let sit 1 hour longer. Remove from oven and let cool in pan 1 hour.
