1 unbaked pastry shell (9 inches)
12 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
1 cup of favorite cheese(s)
1/3 cup finely chopped onion and bell pepper
4 eggs
2 cups whipping cream
1/4 cup sugar
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425. Place unpricked pastry shell on a baking sheet. Line the edges of the pastry with foil. Bake for 5 minutes; remove foil and bake for 5 more minutes. Remove from oven and cool. Reduce heat to 400. Sprinkle bacon, cheeses, onion, and bell pepper over the crust. In a bowl, beat eggs, cream, salt, pepper, and sugar. Pour over crust and bake for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 300; bake for 30 minutes longer or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
