1 C Butter 1 C Brown Sugar, firmly packed 2 C Flour 1/2 tsp Baking Soda 1/2 tsp Salt 2 C Quick Oats Oatmeal 18 oz Jam
Preheat the oven to 400º. Spray 2-8 inch square pans with cooking spray and set aside. Cream butter and sugar. Combine flour, soda and salt in a separate bowl. Add to sugar mixture. Add oats. Press 1/4 of the oats mixture in the bottom of each of the pans. Spread 1/2 of the jam onto each oats mixture. Spread 1/4 of the oats mixture over the jam in each pan. Press firmly. Bake for 30 minutes. Cool and cut into bars.
