cooked ham or bacon 2 cans of whole tomatoes or tomato soup 2-3 cans water 1 c. potatoes - cut up 1 onion - diced 1 stalk celery - diced barley 1/4 to 1/2 c 1/2 bag frozen vegetables crab claws 1/2 to 1 t. Bay Seasoning ( to taste )
Add all of the ingredients except the frozen vegetables and crab claws. Cook this stock for 1 hour. Then add frozen vegetables and bay seasoning. Cook this for 2 more hours.
