1 (2.5 oz.) pkg. processed ham, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 small bell pepper, chopped
1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 egg
1-1/2 t. Dijon mustard
Black pepper to taste
1 (8 oz.) pkg. crescent rolls

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Mix chopped ham, onion, bell pepper, cheese, egg, mustard, and black pepper together. Unroll crescent rolls and press dough into one large rectangle. Cut rectangle into 24 squares and press dough into a mini muffin pan. Fill each cup with filling. Bake 13-15 minutes or until lightly browned.
