6 eggs, beaten
2 3/4 c. sugar
2 cans evaporated milk
2 T. vanilla
milk

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs well add sugar and beat until sugar is dissolved then add evaporated milk and beat some more and then add vanilla. Pour into ice cream freezer can and fill with regular milk to "fill line" on can. This recipe makes 1 1/2 gallons
