3 eggs 1/2 cup milk 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 cup flour 3 tbsp. butter
Preheat oven to 450º.
In a shaker jar, blender, or quart jar mix ingredients well. Melt the butter in a large pie pan, quiche pan or brownie pan while the oven is heating. Pour the batter into the center of the hot pan. Bake for 15 minutes. The pancake should puff and brown around the edges.
