1 cup granulated sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
3/4 cup milk

Directions:
Mix sugar, vanilla and butter in bowl until well combined, do not over cream them. Scald the milk. Add the milk to the butter/sugar mixture 2 tbsp's at a time, mixing well after each addition. The hot milk will slowly dissolve the sugar turning this into a fluffy frosting. This frosting must remain refrigerated and is stiffer (after setting up and cooling down) than most, but very rich.

This is really good on a dark choc. cake or butter pecan.
