Melt the velveeta and margarine together over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in the cocoa and powdered sugar. When well mixed stir in the vanilla. Spread in 9 x 9 pan lined with plastic wrap. Chill. When set lift from pan with plastic wrap, peel off and cut into pieces. Store in the refrigerator tightly covered.
