2 medium cluster tomatoes, seeds removed and diced small
15 sprigs fresh cilantro, leaves roughly chopped (discard stems
1 lg. garlic clove, minced
1/2 medium sized onion, diced
2 tsp. fresh lime juice
salt, to taste
fresh serrano chiles, minced to taste (discard stems)
fresh jalapeno chiles, minded to taste (discard stems)

Directions:
Directions:
Place diced tomatoes in medium sized bowl, add cilantro, garlic, onion, lime juice and salt. Taste a tiny bit of both the serrano and jalapeno chiles to guage the degree of heat and add according to preference. Chill for ~ 1 hour. Enjoy with tortilla chips.

Joe usually makes this one as he makes it much better than I do! Often he will put all of the ingredients into the food processor. This gives a different consistency but is still very good. This is one of our summer time favorites!
