1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda dissolved in 1 tbsp. water
1 tsp. baking powder
4-5 mashed bananas
1 1/2 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Mix in egg and vanilla. Next, add soda/water and bananas. Stir in flour and baking powder.

Bake in a 9 x 13 pan for 30 minutes at 350.

When cool, frost with cream cheese frosting and sprinkle with chopped walnuts.

These are really moist and are also good baked in muffin papers and topped with a sprinkle of cinn/sugar before baking.
