3 lbs. chuck roast or your favorite cut
1 pkg. Good Season's Italian Dressing mix
1 small can beef broth
1 can water
1 beef bouillion cube

Directions:
Directions:
Trim fat from roast. Place all ingredients in slow cooker. Set on low and cook for 7-8 hours. Remove meat from cooker and shred with a fork. Pour juice into small container and place in freezer. After fat sets, remove it and return juice to slow cooker. Add meat and stir to combine. Serve on your favorite type of roll. Can serve juice on side for dipping if so desired.
