4 tomatoes, peeled and sliced
10 fresh basil leaves
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1, 9 inch prebaked pie shell
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 cup mayonnaise (not miracle whip)
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350.

Place the tomatoes on a cookie cooling rack, sprinkle with salt and allow to drain for 30 minutes.

Layer the tomato slices, basil and onion in pie shell. Season with salt and pepper. Combine the cheeses with the mayo and spread the mixture on top of the tomatoes and bake for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.

To serve, cut into slices and serve while still warm.
