1 1/4 c. water
1 (6-oz.) can pineapple juice
2 T. sugar
1 T. unsalted butter
1/2 T. kosher salt
1/2 T. red pepper flakes
1 c. jasmine rice
juice of 1/2 lime
cilantro, fresh

Directions:
Directions:
Bring water, pineapple juice, sugar, butter, salt and pepper flakes to a boil in saucepan. Stir in rice, cover and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 15 min. Remove pan from heat and fluff rice with fork. Sprinkle lime juice and cilantro on individual servings.
