1 1/2 c. Roma tomatoes, diced
1/4 c. red onion, diced
2 T. cilantro, chopped
1 to 2 tsp. lime juice
1 tsp. seeded and chopped jalapeņo pepper
1/4 tsp. sea salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a med. bowl mix all of the ingredients until well combined. Taste and adjust the flavors as needed. Let salsa sit for 30 min. then taste again. Adjust if needed. Makes about 2 c. Serve with Black Bean Wraps
