2 pkg. chopped broccoli - cooked until thawed
1 c. mayo
2 eggs - slightly beaten
1 c. cream mushroom soup
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 c. crushed cheese crackers like cheese-its
2 Tbsp minced chopped onion
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Grease bowl with crisco;
Mix or combine soup, mayo, eggs, onions, cheese, and crackers.
Mix well and then add broccoli & chestnuts. Bake @ 350 deg. for about 35 minutes.
