1lb smoked kielbasa, sliced crosswise in 1/2 in. pieces
2 red peppers, cut in 1in. pieces
1 medium onion halved and sliced
2 cans (19 oz each) lentil soup
1/2lb. kale,chopped, (stems removed) about 3 cups
1 cup chicken stock

Directions:
Directions:
In large pot over medium- high heat cook kielbasa, stirring occasionally, until browned, about five minutes. Add peppers and onions; cook until just softened, about five minutes. Add lentil soup and 1 cup chicken stock. Bring to a boil. Add kale. Cover and reduce hear to low. Simmer until kale is tender, about 15 minutes.
