2 10 ounce packages frozen chopped broccoli
1/4 - 1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1/4 cup butter or margarine
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 4 ounce packages Alouette Cheese - garlic and spice
Salt and pepper to taste
2 -3 ounces slivered almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli according to directions, drain. Saute' onions and mushrooms in butter. Add remaining ingredients except almonds. Simmer until cheese melts. Blend well and simmer another 3 - 4 minutes, until hot. Put in serving dish. Top with almonds. Serve with crackers or Doritos.
