1/2 cup milk
2 tbsp butter, cut in small pieces
1/2 cup flour
2 eggs
1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
4 slices bacon, cooked, crumbled
1/4 cup chopped green onion
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp coarse ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350F. Bring milk and butter to boil over medium heat. Add flour all at once,stirring constantly until mixture forms a ball and leaves the side of the pan.Remove from heat. Add eggs,one at a time,stirring constantly until mixture is smooth. Add remaining ingredients.Drop by teaspoonsfuls on greased foil-lined cookie sheet.Bake 25 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.Can be made ahead of time. Wrap securely and freeze.Bake 5 to 8 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
