1 chopped onion
1 minced garlic clove
1 T. oil
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 can enchilada sauce
2-1/2 c. half & half
5 bouillon cubes
12 flour tortillas
1 c. shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onion and garlic in oil over medium heat. Add hamburger, enchilada sauce, and salt to taste. Simmer, uncovered for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Set aside. Cook half & half and bouillon cubes in a saucepan. Dip tortillas, one at a time, in mixture to coat. Spoon 1/4 cup meat mixture in each tortilla. Roll up and place seam side down in lightly greased 9x13 baking dish. Pour remaining half & half mixture over tortillas. Cover and bake 10 minutes at 350 . Uncover and bake 10 more minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake until cheese melts.
