1 lb. lean ground beef
3/4 c. chopped onion
1 can whole-kernel corn
2 cans Rotel tomatoes
1 can Ranch Style beans
1/2 cup instant rice
3/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
1-1/2 t. chili powder
1/2 t. garlic salt
Shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, brown hamburger, sautéed with onions. Drain fat and add bell pepper. Cook until bell pepper is tender. Stir in undrained corn, Rotel, and beans. Add uncooked rice, chili powder, and garlic salt. Simmer covered for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Top with cheese, cover until cheese melts.
