1 lb ground buffalo meat
1/2 lb ground turkey
1/2 cup carrots, chopped in blender
1/2 cup onion, chopped in blender
1/2 cup (7 oz) canned tomatoes, pureed in blender, plus juice as needed
1 egg
2 slices of bread, torn into small pieces
1/2 tsp oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Blend by hand the buffalo and turkey well. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well by hand. Add more juice from tomato can if mixture seems too dry. Coat metal loaf pan with cooking spray and add mixture. Bake for one hour.

Spread ketchup over top for last 10 minutes of baking
