3 eggs
1 cup chopped dates (optional)
1 cup oil
2 cups sugar
2 cups, grated, zucchini squash
3 tsp. vanilla
3 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup chopped nuts
1/4 tsp. baking powder

Directions:

Beat eggs, oil, sugar, vanilla, and squash. Sift dry ingredients together and add to mixture. Then add nuts and water. Pour into 3 small greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 325 for 1 hour.
