1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
1 cup boiling water
3 cups graham cracker crumbs (reserve some for top)
1/2 cup melted margarine
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 (13 oz.) can Milnot milk

Mix Jello and boiling water until slightly thickened. Mix the graham cracker crumbs and the margarine. Line bottom and sides of a 9x13-inch baking dish with graham cracker crumb mixture. Bake this for 10 to 12 minutes at 400. Cool. Cream together the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice and add to Jello. Beat until blended. Beat the Milnot until it is stiff and then fold in the Jello-cream cheese mixture. Pour into crust and sprinkle with remaining graham cracker crumbs. Chill.
