2 lb. hash browns
1/2 c. melted butter
1 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
2 T. dried onions
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 pt. sour cream

Topping:
2 cups crushed corn flakes
1/4 c. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 350. Mix soup, sour cream, margarine/butter, cheese, salt and pepper in a large bowl and mix well. Add onion and potatoes and mix. Spread mixture into greased 9"x13" pan. Spring topping over all and bake for one hour.
