Bars: 2 c. flour 2 t. baking powder 1/2 t. salt 2 t. cinnamon 4 eggs 2 c. pumpkin 1 t. soda 2 c. sugar 1 c. oil 1 c. chopped nuts
Frosting: 1 3-oz. pkg cream cheese 3/4 stick butter or margarine 1 T. cream 1 t. vanilla 1 3/4 c. powdered sugar
Preheat oven to 350º. Bars: Sift dry ingredients. Add oil, sugar, pumpkin, and eggs. Beat well. Add nuts. Pour in a greased, floured, 10 x 15" pan for 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely.
Frosting: Beat together cream cheese and butter. Add cream and vanilla, and powdered sugar. Beat until smooth.
