1 lb. hamburger meat
1 small onion, chopped
1 can tomato sauce or paste
water (1/2 cup if using sauce; 2 cans if using paste
couple shakes of Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp. sugar
1 small pkg. macaroni
1/2 chopped bell pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni and set aside. Brown hamburger; add chopped onions and green pepper. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add Worcestershire sauce after meat is browned. Add tomato sauce, water and sugar; cook until thickened on low heat. Add cooked, drained noodles to meat mixture and stir. Simmer for a few minutes; remove from heat.
