3-5 Roma tomatoes, chopped 1 pkg. grape tomatoes, diced 1 c. sweet peppers (any combination of red, green and/or yellow), diced 1 med. red onion, diced Juice from 2 fresh limes 1 pinch salt 2 c. fresh cilantro, chopped
Mix all ingredients together and chill. Serve with tortilla chips and fresh veggie dippers.
