Sirloin or Center Round Steak cut into 2" long pieces
1/2 onion chopped
1 can Chopped Olives
1 can Green Chiles
1 cup sliced Mushrooms
1 Tomato chopped
1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
6 hard rolls

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown 2" pieces of steak in frying pan with onion.
2. Add olives, mushrooms and green chiles
3. When finished cooking add tomato and shredded cheese
4. Scoop onto hard roll
