4 1/2 c. milk
1 c. uncooked long grain rice
3/4 c. sugar (scant cup)
1/2 to 3/4 tsp.salt

Directions:
Directions:
Put rice in a pan of boiling water first and stir it and strain it. Then put all ingredients in a double boiler and bring water to a boil and cook 1/2 hour, stirring occasionally. Pour into bowl and cool. Store in refrigator. Sprinkle cinnamon over it when you eat it. It's so good!
