4-6 Cooked Chicken Breasts- cubed
49 oz. Can Chicken Broth
12 oz. Spaghetti
1 can Rotel Tomatoes
1 lb. Velveeta
Chopped onion, celery, and mushrooms
1 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Bring Chicken Broth to a boil. Cook spaghetti in chicken broth for 5 minutes, do NOT drain. Add Velveeta© and heat until melted. Remove from heat. Saute celery, onion, and mushrooms until softened then add to spaghetti. Stir in Rotel© and chicken. Pour into 2 - 9x13 pans. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
