1/2 Cup Butter- softened
1 1/2 Cups Sugar
2 Eggs
1 Cup Sour Cream
1 tsp vanilla
2 Cups Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp salt
2 Medium Ripe Bananas- mashed
Frosting
1 (8 oz) Cream Cheese
1/2 Cup Butter
2 tsp vanilla
4 Cups Powdered Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugar. Add the eggs, sour cream, and vanilla. Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the creamed mixture. Stir in bananas. Spread into a greased 15x10x1 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool before frosting.
Frosting
In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, butter, and vanilla. Gradually beat in enough powdered sugar to achieve desired consistancy. Frost bars. Store in refrigerator.
