Ingredients:  
1 1/2 c. brown sugar,
2/3 c. oil
1 egg
mix and beat well
1 c. buttermilk or sour milk(put 1 T. vinegar in cup and add milk)
1 tsp. vanilla
mix and beat well
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
mix and beat well
grease and flour 9x13 pan
bake 5 minutes and sprinkle over the top 1/4 tsp. cinnamon and 1/8 cup sugar
bake 35 to 40 minutes longer
