1 chicken
1 cup light bread, toasted
2 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. salt
2 boiled eggs
4 cups corn bread
1 chopped onion
1 tsp. sage

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken and debone; leave chunky. Cook celery and onion in chicken broth until slightly crisp. Add torn corn bread and light bread to broth. Stir in sage, pepper, salt, eggs, and chicken. Put into baking dish or pan and cook about 30 to 45 minutes at 300.
